据彭博，对冲基金Ghisallo上月获香港证监会发牌。总部位于美国波士顿的Ghisallo，去年成立香港分部，今年5月已传出正筹建香港办公室。除了波士顿及香港外，Ghisallo于伦敦亦设有分公司。
据悉，Ghisallo创办人兼首席投资总监Michael Germino，曾在投资管理公司索罗斯基金管理公司，以及对冲基金Key Square Group工作，2020年自立门户创立Ghisallo。截至2023年底，Ghisallo的资产管理规模为34亿美元。Ghisallo获驻港的瑞银前银行家Carlo Agostinelli加盟，自去年10月起担任Ghisallo董事总经理一职。
