格隆汇12月2日丨皇氏集团(002329.SZ)公布，公司于近日收到持股5%以上的股东东方证券出具的《关于减持股份实施情况暨持股比例降至5%以下的告知函》《简式权益变动报告书》，获悉其于2024年11月28日通过集中竞价方式减持公司股份626.72万股，占公司总股本的0.72116%。本次减持股份后，东方证券不再是公司持股5%以上的股东。
