观点网讯：12月2日，希教国际控股宣布，计划向莱克控股及南风公司出售巨人教育和五湖房地产全部股权，以及巨人教育所拥有目标学院的全部经营权及权益。
本次出售总估值为5.4亿元人民币，扣除交易日披露的对外负债总额后，交易总代价预计为4.2亿元人民币，最终金额以最终交易交割完成后调整确定。
