智通财经APP讯，澳洲成峰高教(01752)发布公告，由于 John Patrick Hearn教授辞世，为确保遵守2021年高等教育标准框架(门槛标准)(Cth) ，(i)独立非执行董事Jonathan Richard O’Dea先生获委任以填补公司风险及合规委员会主席的空缺，自2024年11月18日起生效;及(ii) Dominic Robert Beresford Verity教授将获委任以填补独立非执行董事的空缺，自2024年12月2日起生效。
