格隆汇12月1日丨澳洲成峰高教(01752.HK)宣布，由于John Patrick Hearn教授辞世，为确保遵守2021年高等教育标准框架(门槛标准)(Cth)，(i)独立非执行董事Jonathan Richard O’Dea获委任以填补公司风险及合规委员会（"风险及合规委员会"）主席的空缺，自2024年11月18日起生效；及(ii) Dominic Robert Beresford Verity教授（"Verity教授"）将获委任以填补独立非执行董事的空缺，自2024年12月2日起生效。
