格隆汇11月28日丨中国医药(600056.SH)公布，2024年11月28日，公司收到重庆医药《关于化医集团<告知函>的报告》，重庆化医集团已取得重庆市国有资产监督管理委员会出具的《关于重庆化医控股(集团)公司无偿划转所持重庆医药健康产业有限公司2%股权的批复》(渝国资﹝2024﹞544号)，重庆市国有资产监督管理委员会已同意重庆化医集团将所持重庆医药2%股权无偿划转给通用技术集团。
