其中，中建七局&中建港航局以12.53亿元竞得宝山区W12-1301单元99-01、100-01地块，楼面价18985元/平方米。
宝山区W12-1301单元99-01地块，土地用途为居住用地，土地总面积和出让面积均为12273.11平方米，容积率2.5，起始价101254.0万元。
宝山区W12-1301单元100-01地块，土地用途为办公楼，土地总面积和出让面积均为10096.33平方米，容积率3.5，起始价24030万元。
