知乎11月26日晚间在港交所公告，于2024年11月26日，全资附属公司智者四海与腾讯计算机订立2025年腾讯框架协议，公司全资综合联属实体智者天下与上海阅霆订立2025年阅文框架协议，以分别重续现有腾讯框架协议及现有阅文框架协议及设立其各自的年度上限，自2025年1月1日起为期三年。11月26日，智者四海与腾讯计算机订立腾讯支付服务框架协议，据此，代表腾讯集团须于2024年12月1日至2026年12月31日期间向集团提供支付服务。
