（财见2024年11月26日讯）美国万通证券已完成Qualigen Therapeutics, Inc.的私人配售。此次配售共发行5100股A-2系列优先股，每股面值为1000美元。扣除配售代理费用和其他发行费用前，此次募资总额约为510万美元。
Qualigen是一家致力于开发成人和儿童癌症治疗平台的生命科学公司，并有望获得罕见药资格认证。美国万通证券担任此次发行的唯一配售代理。
