北京商报讯（记者 马换换 冉黎黎）11月26日，华海诚科（688535）早盘出现急速跳水，盘中跌超9%。
交易行情显示，华海诚科11月26日高开6.67%，不过开盘后一分钟公司股价跳水跌超9%。截至北京商报记者发稿，华海诚科跌幅3.03%。
11月25日晚间，华海诚科披露公告称，公司拟购华威电子70%股权，公司股票11月26日起复牌。
