记者从哈尔滨市交通集团获悉，受天气影响，为了保证旅客出行安全，哈西客运站、道外客运站、三棵树客运站全线停运，具体恢复时间待定。
已在线上购票的旅客可自行办理退票，换取纸质票及在站内购票的旅客须前往始发站退票窗口进行退票处理。
