当地时间24日，黎巴嫩教育部部长阿巴斯·哈拉比宣布，自11月25日起，所有指定区域的公立和私立学校、中学、职业技术学院和高等教育机构将暂停面授课程，转为远程学习。
这项决定涵盖位于贝鲁特行政区、北部阿尔马特海岸、舒夫和巴卜达等地区。
