（医药健闻2024年11月22日讯）默沙东宣布，其HIF-2α抑制剂维利瑞(®)（贝组替凡）已获得中国国家药品监督管理局（NMPA）批准，适用于治疗不需要立即手术治疗的von Hippel-Lindau（VHL）病相关肾细胞癌（RCC）、中枢神经系统（CNS）血管母细胞瘤或胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤（pNET）成人患者。
