记者从陕西省榆林市、神木市应急管理局获悉，11月20日14时55分许，神木市兰炭产业特色园区一废水处理厂发生安全事故。经初步核查，事故发生时，现场共有10名工作人员。截至目前，该起事故造成4人死亡，6人受伤。
陕西省应急管理厅及当地相关部门已经成立调查组，事故原因正在调查中。
