中国财富通11月22日 - 华立股份（603038）公告称，近日，公司与珠海华润银行股份有限公司东莞分行签署最高额保证合同。全资子公司东莞华富立向华润银行申请综合授信额度人民币6,250万元，其中授信敞口额度人民币5,000万元，授信期限为2024年11月20日至2027年11月20日。公司以连带责任保证方式为上述授信敞口额度提供最高额保证。
