裁掉阿丘尔后，辽篮大外这个位置一直处于空缺状态，最近有消息人士称，前浙江金牛外援贾斯丁-蒂尔曼有望加盟辽篮、担任第三外援。
蒂尔曼身高2米04，体重100公斤。2022-23赛季，蒂尔曼曾在浙江对阵吉林的比赛中，23投13中，砍下27分13篮板的大号两双。
技术特点方面，蒂尔曼是那种偏终结型的内线，自主进攻能力较差，防守扫荡能力中等偏上，擅长快攻跟进得分，有点像迷你版的莫兰德。
