6连板东方精工11月21日公告，公司于2024年11月21日披露了《股票交易异常波动公告》，经公司核查发现，连续2个交易日（2024年11月20日、2024年11月21日）公司股票收盘价累计涨幅为20.95%，同期深证A指累计涨幅为1.45%，涨幅偏离值未达到《深圳证券交易所交易规则》5.4.3条关于股价异动的认定标准。因工作人员对于连续2个交易日收盘价格涨跌幅偏离值累计数计算错误，导致错误披露了上述公告，上述公告无效。
