11月21日消息，文件显示，日本首相石破茂将宣布一项21.9万亿日元（约合1400亿美元）的经济刺激计划，一揽子计划预计将产生约39万亿日元的总体影响。在21.9万亿日元的财政支出中，10.4万亿日元将用于增长措施，4.6万亿日元用于缓解通胀，6.9万亿日元用于安全相关措施。（彭博）
