11月21日，据百奥智汇消息，百奥智汇及其子公司上海星赛生物科技有限公司近日与吉利德科学（Gilead Sciences Inc.）签署资产购买协议。根据协议约定，吉利德科学获得百奥智汇数个临床前抗肿瘤候选药物资产的全球权益，并支付首付及里程碑付款。吉利德科学将授予百奥智汇在中国大陆对上述单个资产的优先购买权。
