11月20日消息，知情人士称，联合利华正寻求分拆其冰淇淋业务，而非出售给私募股权集团。
据悉，在私募股权公司因联合利华冰淇淋业务规模大、供应链复杂而对其失去兴趣之后，联合利华正寻求分拆。联合利华冰淇淋业务包括梦龙和Ben & Jerry's等知名品牌。（英国金融时报）
