本期债券存续金额2.49亿元，利率5.5%，本金兑付日为2024年8月18日。截至2024年8月19日，西安建工集团有限公司未能按期将兑付资金足额划至托管机构，构成实质违约。违约事项已触发持有人会议召开条件。
