观点网讯：11月19日，香港投资人士汤文亮旗下纪惠集团将湾仔区摩理臣山道39号的整栋酒店挂牌出售，要价6.3亿港元，较10年前购入价低出约3800万港元。
该酒店建筑总面积约55238平方呎，占地3112平方呎，共26层，设有98间客房，每间面积在176至324平方呎之间。
目前，该物业作为青年宿舍使用，提供184个床位。
