11月18日，根据自然资源部采矿权登记信息，沣柳国际地热区块的采矿权获新立，采矿权人为中石化绿源地热能（陕西）开发有限公司，有效期2024年11月08日至2029年11月08日。
资料显示，沣柳国际地热区块的开采矿种为地热，开采方式地下开采，矿区面积0.5908平方千米，设计生产规模19万立方米/年。
