招标范围：为深入推进公司数字化转型，满足各类应用系统建设需要，招标人计划建设信创 IaaS 基础设施云，统一管控信创基础设施软硬件资源。
本项目标包一包含 55 台服务器及相关服务采购，标包二为 IaaS 基础设施云平台软、硬件及相关服务采购。
