北京商报讯（记者郝彦）11月14日，国元证券以通讯方式召开第十届董事会第十九次会议。刘锦峰因到龄退休辞去公司执行委员会委员、副总裁、董事会秘书职务。经公司董事会薪酬与提名委员会资格审查并提名，同意聘任李洲峰为公司董事会秘书，任期自董事会审议通过之日起至第十届董事会届满。
