北京商报讯（记者郝彦）11月14日，德邦基金发布公告表示，中国证监会核准德邦基金的实际控制人变更为山东省财金投资集团有限公司。公司的控股股东德邦证券已于2024年11月12日完成股权变更手续。德邦基金表示，本次实际控制人变更不涉及公司注册资本变更、不涉及公司股权结构变更。
