菲律宾国家气象局14日称，台风“天兔”于当天13时30分在菲律宾卡加延省登陆，目前已经减弱为台风级。数据显示，截至14日13时，“天兔”的中心附近最大持续风力为每小时175公里，瞬时风力为每小时240公里，正以每小时20公里的速度向西北偏西方向行进。（总台记者 黄铮铮）
