11月13日（采访时间），近日，一男子因患病通过水滴筹发起筹款，但他多次隐瞒房产，并在微信群晒新房照片遭到举报，目前筹得款项已全额退还。律师表示，有非法占有他人捐款的主观意图，并且隐瞒自身财产真实情况，骗取社会公众的财物，涉嫌构成诈骗罪。
