11月12日，中国恒大在港交所公告称，法院指示取消原定于2024年11月14日上午10时正举行的清盘聆讯，及将申请押后。法院亦表示聆讯日期很可能不会早于2025年2月20日。公司股票将继续停牌，直至另行通知。
