证券时报e公司讯，央行发布2024年三季度金融机构贷款投向统计报告，2024年三季度末，人民币房地产贷款余额52.9万亿元，同比下降1%。其中，人民币房地产开发贷款余额13.79万亿元，同比增长2.7%，增速比上年末高1.2个百分点，前三季度增加6385亿元。个人住房贷款余额37.56万亿元，同比下降2.3%。
