2024年11月8日，*ST京蓝(000711.SZ)公告称，公司董事会收到公司副总裁王海东的辞职报告，王海东因个人原因申请辞去公司副总裁职务。辞去公司副总裁职务后，王海东仍在公司控股子公司中科鼎实环境工程有限公司担任董事、总经理职务。
截至公告披露日，王海东持有公司199.44万股股份，占公司总股本的0.07%。
