证券时报e公司讯，*ST傲农(603363)11月7日晚间公告，由于流动资金紧张，导致公司及部分子公司出现部分债务未能如期偿还的情形。截至11月6日，公司在金融机构新增逾期的债务本息合计约1.19亿元，占公司最近一期经审计净资产的12.39%。截至11月6日，公司在银行、融资租赁公司等金融机构累计逾期债务本息合计约51.59亿元（扣除已偿还部分），占公司最近一期经审计净资产的535.77%。
