万科企业11月6日晚间在深交所公告，控股子公司北京绿城银石近期向上海银行股份有限公司深圳分行申请贷款22.8亿元，期限为15年。公司控股子公司北京万科以持有的北京绿城银石100%股权提供质押担保，并提供连带责任保证，为北京绿城银石归还贷款本息承担差额补足义务。
