此次选举的新任副董事长为赵朋先生，1973年9月生，大学学历，中共党员。赵朋先生历任中国光大银行乌鲁木齐分行副行长、纪委书记、党委委员等职，现任中青旅控股股份有限公司党委副书记、总裁。
