总台记者当地时间11月1日获悉，1名21岁的法国男性公民和1名26岁的德国男性公民因在哈萨克斯坦拜科努尔航天发射场试图使用手机拍摄正在进行动力测试的“能源”号运载火箭被安全人员拘捕。这两名男子声称是以游客身份进入的拜科努尔。
目前他们因涉嫌行政违法被关押，案件将于近期提请法院审理。（总台记者 王斌）
