宁夏 AC 米兰 球迷会 成立 于2017年5月，现有球迷115人（其中80后95人、90后15人、女球迷5人），足球队队员45人。
2024年截止10月底，已组织队内对抗赛10余场，友谊赛20余场，线下组织看球10余场。为了得到社会的关注以及吸纳更多宁夏罗森内里们的加入，今天宁夏AC米兰球迷会正式入驻抖音。
