证券时报e公司讯，隆平高科(000998)10月30日晚间公告，公司全资子公司湖南隆平种业有限公司（简称“隆平种业”）拟出售其持有的湖南兴隆种业有限公司（简称“兴隆种业”）49%股权，对应注册资本1470万元，实缴出资为1470万元，转让价格为1.38亿元。本次交易完成后，隆平种业不再持有兴隆种业股权。
