北京商报讯（记者 张天元）10月30日，克莉丝汀发布公告称，公司董事会已决议，鉴于针对洪敦清的纪律行动及无法联络到洪敦清，且其未经董事会特别许可而连续六个月缺席董事会会议，故根据公司组织章程细则，即时撤销洪敦清的公司董事职位。克莉丝汀表示，公司股份已自2023年4月3日起暂停买卖，以待刊发截至2022年12月31日止年度之年度业绩公告，并将继续暂停买卖，直至另行通知为止。
