2021年9月9日，210国道镇巴县渔渡镇大河口段遭受特大地质灾害滑坡，致使210国道临时中断。自2023年10月，汉中市公路局启动修复工程以来，各项目单位抢进度，保质量。目前，施工进度已完成85%，预计12月底竣工通车。
