10月21日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局浙江监管局行政处罚信息公开表显示，中国平安财产保险股份有限公司温州分公司因虚假列支服务费、业务宣传费和虚构保险代理业务，被罚款50万元。
高峰（时任中国平安财产保险股份有限公司温州分公司副总经理）被警告并罚款9万元。
