智通财经APP讯，赣锋锂业(01772)公布，公司于 2024 年 10 月 18 日召开的第五届董事会第八十四次会议审议通过了《关于为合营公司提供财务资助暨关联交易的议案》，同意公司或控股子公司为合营公司 Mt. Marion Lithium Pty Ltd(以下简称“Mt. Marion Lithium”)提供不超过 1.5 亿澳元的财务资助，主要用于旗下澳大利亚 Mt Marion 锂辉石项目日常运营。
