当日，第七届全国铁道行业职业技能大赛在武汉开幕。大赛分车站值班员、动车组司机、铁路车辆钳工、大型养路机械司机、铁路信号工、接触网工六个工种，以实际操作竞赛为主，附加理论知识竞赛。决赛成绩优秀、表现突出的选手，将被授予“全路技术能手”等荣誉称号。
