格拉汉姆为开拓者队出战了两场季前赛，场均上场13.2分钟，得到1.0分、1.5个篮板和2.5次助攻。
上赛季，格拉汉姆为圣安东尼奥马刺出战23场比赛，场均上场13.6分钟，得到5.0分、1.6个篮板和2.1次助攻。
据悉，热火、魔术和雄鹿都有兴趣签下格拉汉姆。
