智通财经APP讯，金风科技(02208)公布，公司的全资子公司 Goldwind Energy Italy S.r.l.(下称“金风意大利”)与意大利公司 EDP Renewables Italia Holding S.r.l.计划签署《风机供货和安装协议》，由金风意大利为其提供风机供货至项目现场、风机吊装、调试、试运行及缺陷责任期的服务。
公司签署《母公司担保协议》，为金风意大利在上述《风机供货和安装协议》项下的履约及违约赔偿责任提供担保，担保金额为2284.93万欧元，折合人民币约为1.765亿元。
