根据国家免疫规划疫苗儿童免疫程序（2021年版），脊灰疫苗免疫程序共接种4剂，其中2月龄、3月龄各接种1剂脊灰灭活疫苗（IPV），4月龄、4周岁各接种1剂脊灰减毒活疫苗（bOPV），全程均免费接种。
如果宝宝已全程接种五联疫苗，可视为完成脊灰疫苗的全程免疫程序，不需要再口服脊灰减毒活疫苗。
