格隆汇10月14日丨兴通股份(603209.SH)公布，参股公司深圳中远龙鹏液化气运输有限公司（简称“中远龙鹏”）的控股股东中远海运大连投资有限公司（简称“中远海运大连投资”）拟将所持有的中远龙鹏70%股权进行协议转让，公司放弃行使标的股权的优先购买权。
