上证报中国证券网讯（记者 骆民）精华制药公告，公司拟出售江苏金丝利药业股份有限公司（以下简称“金丝利药业”）18.6%股份，出售方式为通过全国中小企业股份转让系统，交易金额约4,800万元。交易完成后，公司将不再持有金丝利药业股权。
