双乐股份10月8日公告，公司拟对子公司双乐颜料泰兴市有限公司（以下简称“双乐泰兴”）增加注册资本4亿元。本次增资完成后，双乐泰兴的注册资本由6亿元增加至10亿元，公司仍持有双乐泰兴100%股权。
