香港金融管理局消息，随着《2024年存款保障计划(修订)条例》(《修订条例》)于2024年7月12日刊宪，存款保障计划(存保计划)第一阶段的优化措施于10月1日正式生效。第二阶段的优化措施将于2025年1月1日生效。有关措施包括为受银行并购影响的存户提供优化保障，以及要求计划成员于其电子银行平台展示存保计划成员标志。
