随着迎泽大街（文兴路——建设路）、柳巷南路（迎泽大街——开化寺街）施工顺利结束，自2024年10月1日0时起，开化寺街（解放路——柳巷南路）取消机动车临时双向通行，恢复单向（即由西向东）通行交通组织。
